Interested in renting one of our properties? Great, let’s get started!

Do a drive by

Start by driving past the property you’d like to rent. If you think it’s the one for you, contact us to arrange a viewing. We’re sure to find a time that suits us both if you provide us with multiple options.

Be punctual

All potential occupants should arrive on time for the viewing with an application form filled out and ready to go. We pride ourselves on our efficiency, so rest assured your application will generally be processed and presented to the property owner within 48 hours.

Secure the property – Holding deposit & bond

Before we sort out the paperwork and hand over the keys, you’ll need to pay:

  • A holding deposit – is two week’s rent which can be paid with internet banking, or direct debit at any bank.
  • Bond – equivalent to 4 week’s rent . Once all the boxes have been ticked it’s all systems go for moving in day!

A few things to keep in mind

  • No cats or dogs are allowed in townhouse or unit rentals
  • All viewings are by appointment only
  • We take tenant selection seriously. Part of the application process involves checking your details with the Tenancy Information Centre of Australia (TICA) and the RP Data tenancy check. If you’ve rented a property in the past and caused damage or left owing money, we’ll know about it

Moving to Brisbane?

Step 1 – Introduce yourself.
To find your perfect rental we need to know all about you – your family size, location preferences, preferred house size and type, as well as other requirements like proximity to schools and public transport. Send this info through to us in an email [insert contact details/link] and we’ll start searching for suitable options.
Step 2 – Nominate a viewing representative.
Once we’ve narrowed down your options we’ll need to arrange viewing times. Can’t attend in person? It’s not a problem. Simply arrange a representative to view the property on your behalf, providing us with their contact details (and vice versa). That way we all stay in the loop.
Step 3 –  Complete your application.
Once we’ve identified your perfect rental you’ll need to complete and submit an application form (you can download one here). Secure your interest We’ve done the necessary checks and approved your application. The next step is to secure the property. That means paying:

Step 4 – Paperwork & keys Welcome to Brisbane!
Give us a call when you’ve arrived and we’ll arrange for the tenancy documents to be signed. Once the paperwork’s out of the way, we’ll hand over the keys and you’re free to move into your new home!
